Collabs

warning

We put our community first. If you are messaging us for a "collab" you should think twice about it!

If you are not doing something for our community, or giving something good to our community, do not ask for a collab.

We get dozens of requests for collabs a day and reject almost all of them, so please save our time and yours.

Kittykaki says STOP!!!

If you are interested in doing a collab with Oekaki Connect in order to reach our community, we generally want to see a public commitment for a significant amount of free mints for the holders of at least one of our collections (such as Kemonokaki). We care about our community and don't want to throw a million boring mints in their faces which we do not care about!

White listing our collections is appreciated but without significant free mints, we simply will not do a collab. Again, we're not interested in simple whitelists for paid mints for our community, you need to give our community something to collab.

If you are putting a collection such as Kemonokaki on a free mint list, you should be giving at least 5% of the supply as a free mint offering.

If you are putting one of our collections on a shared list with other collections, that list should be 10% or more of the total supply.

If the art of your collection does not vibe with our audience do not ask for a collab. Use common sense to know if your collection does or does not fit the vibe our audience is after. If your collection is CUTE or REALLY COOL and matches what we make we'll be more interested! If your project looks like a typical run of the mill cargo cult NFT project, do not ask for a collab.

We strongly recommend minting on https://www.scatter.art/ it has robust list making tools which are easy to use. It's easier for us to collab with collections launched there because we trust the site and know it is kept safe. Scatter is what our community knows and trusts so launching there will give everyone more confidence in your mint. We recommend https://holders.art/ for taking snapshots, make sure you select Base chain for Kemonokaki!

We do not collab with non-EVM collections currently as you need to be able to snapshot our holders and with non-EVM chains there's no convenient way to do this.

To do a collab, you should be active in our community. If you do not have the desire to be active in our community (you're spending all of your time trying to get collabs from thousands of others) collaborating with us is not the right thing for you!

If you're serious about a collab and the requirements above, then use the keyphrase "kakicollab" in your ticket when you ask for a collab to prove to us you actually read this...
